Particle Measuring Systems wins product innovation award
Particle Measuring Systems was awarded the Gases and Technology Product Innovation Award for its AiM-FT molecular contamination monitor. Gases and Technology is the leading trade magazine for the industrial gases market. The judging was conducted by a panel of seven gas technology experts representing science, academia and users in the industry. Each entry was evaluated on its ability to meet a significant industry challenge, creative application of a new or existing technology, economic merits and throughput characteristics. Particle Measuring Systems' AiM-FT product has revolutionised molecular contamination monitoring with its use of surface acoustic wave technology. This enables ultra-sensitive measurement of depositions on critical surfaces such as copper and silver caused by contaminants such as acidic gases in the manufacture of semiconductor wafers.
